By downloading or playing BloQi, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BloQi.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to play BloQi on your device. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the game.

3. Daily Challenge & Leaderboards

Daily challenges are time-limited and non-repeatable. One attempt per day, per account. Leaderboard scores are final and non-disputable.

4. Google Play Games Services

BloQi integrates with Google Play Games Services. Use of that service is subject to Google’s Terms of Service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate leaderboard scores. Violations may result in a permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All game content — name, design, code, and assets — is owned by the developer. All rights reserved.

7. Disclaimer

BloQi is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of BloQi.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BloQi constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
